Building on a year of significant growth — including the acquisition of Hans Weber Maschinenfabrik GmbH’s additive manufacturing assets and a $40 million Series B funding round — Caracol further consolidates its position as a global leader in digital and automated manufacturing. At Booth C101 – Hall 12.1, the company will unveil breakthrough capabilities that expand the scalability, efficiency, and sustainability of robotic additive manufacturing, setting new standards for high-demand industrial sectors such as aerospace, energy, transportation, and marine.

Eidos Manufacturing Software Suite: intelligence at the core of advanced production

The latest Eidos Manufacturing Software Suite features, developed for Caracol’s robotic platforms in collaboration with leading software and AI companies, now integrate new manufacturing processes, AI, and advanced sensing to enable smarter and more autonomous production. Eidos Builder goes beyond printing to combine Caracol’s advanced slicing, simulation, and additive manufacturing capabilities with other processes such as scanning and milling in fully automated workflows. Eidos Nexus, the IoT and control brain of the platforms, is now powered with AI Control, introducing intelligent features to introduce sensing, learning, and smart control.

Visitors will have the opportunity to delve into the Eidos software experience, see Heron AM and Vipra AM robotic platforms live, touch real-world industrial large-scale parts applications, manufactured by leading companies globally such as Alstom, NP Aerospace and UK Digital Manufacturing Center, JOME, CPC Group — showcasing how it is possible to deliver high-performance parts for advanced sectors such as aerospace, marine, rail, architecture, and automotive sectors. Caracol will also present the world’s first 3D-printed catamaran, created with V2 Boats using its Heron AM platform through a continuous 120-hour build — a world-first milestone proving the scalability and reliability of robotic LFAM for full-scale, end-use composite structures in marine applications.

On November 18th at 4:00 PM, Caracol will host a special event at its booth, focusing on innovation and disruption in mobility. The session will open with Giovanni Avallone, Caracol’s Chief Innovation Officer, unveiling the latest Eidos software features, marking a new era of intelligent, autonomous manufacturing.

Die neue Version der Eidos Manufacturing Software Suite, entwickelt für Caracols robotische Plattformen in Zusammenarbeit mit führenden Partnern in der Softwareprogrammierung und Künstlichen Intelligenz, integriert neue Fertigungsprozesse und erweiterte Analysefunktionen, um eine intelligentere und autonomere Produktion zu ermöglichen. Eidos Builder überschreitet die Grenzen des herkömmlichen 3D-Drucks, indem es Slicing, Simulation und additive Technologien mit anderen Prozessen wie Scannen und Fräsen in vollständig automatisierten Workflows kombiniert. Mobilität auf See, Schiene und Straße neu definieren

Am 18. November um 16:00 Uhr veranstaltet Caracol an seinem Messestand ein Spezial-Event, das ganz der Innovation im Mobilitätssektor gewidmet ist. La nuova versione di Eidos Manufacturing Software Suite, sviluppata per le piattaforme robotiche Caracol in collaborazione con partner leader nella programmazione software e nell’AI, integra nuovi processi produttivi e capacità di analisi avanzata, abilitando una produzione più intelligente e autonoma. Eidos Builder supera i confini della semplice stampa 3D, combinando slicing, simulazione e tecnologie additive con altri processi come scansione e fresatura, in flussi di lavoro completamente automatizzati. Eidos Nexus, il cuore IoT e di controllo delle piattaforme, è ora potenziato dal nuovo AI Control, che introduce funzioni di rilevamento, apprendimento e gestione intelligente.
