At the core of JA Solar’s KEY 2026 showcase is DeepBlue 5.0, the company’s fifth-generation n-type TOPCon technology, exemplifying its leadership and maturity in high-efficiency PV solutions. Under the theme “More Performance. Same Trust”, the JAM66D50 GB modules deliver up to 670W in a double-glass bifacial design, combining exceptional conversion efficiency, strong low-light performance, and long-term reliability—perfect for large-scale commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftops and ground-mounted systems.

For C&I installations, JA Solar will also present the JAM60D40LB module from its DeepBlue 4.0 Pro range, offering 510W in a double-glass bifacial configuration. Designed to deliver reliable performance and optimised energy yield, this module provides EPCs and installers with flexibility across a broad range of rooftop applications.

Suitable for both C&I and residential installations, the JAM54D41-LB series is a range of high-efficiency n-type bifacial, double-glass, full-black solar modules with power outputs ranging up to 460W. These modules are deployed at Signal Iduna Park, home of Borussia Dortmund, officially recognised by the Rekord-Institut für Deutschland (RID) as the world’s most powerful PV stadium roof installation.

Successfully deployed at several sites in Italy through strategic partner Noon srl, the 261kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) system combines high energy density with an integrated 125kW Power Conversion System (PCS) in a compact, modular architecture. Scalable up to 20 units (5.2MWh), JAPlanet adapts seamlessly to a wide range of C&I applications.

JAPlanet delivers 87% round-trip efficiency at AC-side, with advanced liquid cooling maintaining cell temperatures within ±1.5°C to optimise performance, extend battery life and reduce auxiliary consumption. Battery safety is built in, validated by UL9540A, featuring thermal runaway detection, millisecond insulation monitoring, and a three-tier fire protection system.

Backed by a 5-year warranty, with minimum SOH of 80% or 8000 cycles, AI-driven predictive maintenance and remote diagnostics for high product availability. A KEY 2026, JA Solar presenterà anche JAPlanet, sistema di accumulo all-in-one C&I di nuova generazione progettato per massimizzare la redditività, la flessibilità e l’affidabilità dell’energia solare.

Installato con successo in diversi siti in Italia tramite il partner Noon srl, il sistema al litio ferro fosfato (LFP) da 261kWh combina alta densità energetica con un Power Conversion System (PCS) integrato da 125kW in un’architettura modulare compatta. Scalabile fino a 20 unità (5,2MWh), JAPlanet si adatta perfettamente a una vasta gamma di applicazioni commerciali e industriali.

JAPlanet offre un’efficienza round-trip dell’88% lato AC, con un avanzato sistema di raffreddamento a liquido che mantiene la temperatura delle celle entro ±1,5°C per ottimizzare le prestazioni, prolungare la vita della batteria e ridurre i consumi ausiliari. La sicurezza della batteria è integrata e validata secondo UL9540A, con rilevazione del runaway termico, monitoraggio dell’isolamento al millisecondo e un sistema di protezione antincendio a tre livelli.
