Rehovot, Israel — October 1st, 2025 — Landa Digital Printing (“LDP”) announced that the acquisition of the company by FIMI, Israel’s largest and most successful private equity fund, has been finalized. FIMI now assumes full ownership of LDP and has appointed Richard Klapholz as Active Chairman, alongside a newly installed board to lead the company’s next stage of growth.
