Replique Strengthens Ability to Serve European Customers with new Italian Subsidiary

Mannheim, Germany, November 7, 2025 – Replique, the platform for industrial on-demand manufacturing, has announced the opening of a new Italian subsidiary to further strengthen its ability to serve its growing European customer base. Located in Milan, Replique Srl will serve as an additional base from which the company can deploy its continually expanding range of manufacturing technologies – including 3D printing, CNC and injection molding – to address customers’ production challenges.

Expanding International Presence

“The foundation of Replique Srl is a strategic milestone in strengthening our platform’s position on a global stage,” says Henrike Wonneberger, Co-Founder and COO of Replique. “With this step, we’re deepening our connection to the Italian market and enhancing our ability to support our customers in the region in realizing spare parts and series applications quickly and cost-efficiently.”

Growth in Qualified Series Production

Qualified series production is becoming an increasingly important driver of growth. With an average of around 100 parts per order – a fivefold increase compared to the previous year – the platform now delivers regularly to diverse industries, from rail and mechanical engineering to pharma and healthcare. Series applications already account for 65 percent of the business, alongside engineering services and one-off parts.

Replique’s network of qualified partners now numbers over 350 worldwide and covers all key manufacturing technologies – from 3D printing and CNC machining to casting, forging, and injection molding.

At Formnext 2025 (Hall 12.1, Booth B95), Replique will present its comprehensive platform, covering everything from engineering services and secure digital storage to decentralized, quality-assured production. Replique stärkt europäische Präsenz mit neuer Tochtergesellschaft in Italien

Mannheim, 7. November 2025 – Replique, die Plattform für industrielle On-Demand-Produktion, erweitert ihre internationale Präsenz mit der Gründung der Replique Srl in Mailand. Damit stärkt das Unternehmen seine Nähe zu europäischen Kunden und kann sein wachsendes Angebot an Fertigungsdienstleistungen – darunter 3D-Druck, CNC und Spritzguss – noch gezielter einsetzen, um Produktionsherausforderungen zu lösen.

Strategischer Ausbau in Südeuropa

Dynamisches Wachstum in der Serienfertigung

Vor allem die qualifizierte Serienfertigung gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung für das Wachstum. Mit durchschnittlich rund 100 Teilen pro Bestellung – eine Verfünffachung gegenüber dem Vorjahr – liefert die Plattform heute regelmäßig in unterschiedlichste Branchen, von Bahn und Maschinenbau bis hin zu Pharma und Healthcare. Serienanwendungen machen inzwischen rund 65 Prozent des Geschäfts aus, ergänzt durch Ingenieurdienstleistungen und Einzelanfertigungen.

Das Netzwerk von Replique umfasst mittlerweile über 350 qualifizierte Partner weltweit und deckt alle wichtigen Fertigungstechnologien ab – von 3D-Druck und CNC-Bearbeitung über Guss und Schmieden bis hin zu Spritzguss.

Replique Rafforza la sua Capacità di Servire I Clienti Europei con la nuova Filiale Italiana

Mannheim, Germania, 7 Novembre, 2025 – Replique, la piattaforma industriale di produzione on-demand, ha annunciato l’apertura di una nuova filiale per rafforzare ulteriormente la propria capacità di servire la sua crescente base di clienti europei. La produzione in serie qualificata sta assumendo un’importanza sempre maggiore per la crescita. Con una media di circa 100 parti per ordine, una crescita di cinque volte rispetto all’anno precedente, la piattaforma consegna regolarmente a diverse tipologie di industrie, dal ferroviario alla meccanica, alla farmaceutica ed al benessere. Le applicazioni di serie rappresentano già il 65% del business, completato dai Servizi di ingegneria e dalle parti di ricambio.

Replique dispone attualmente di una rete di oltre 350 partner qualificati in tutto il mondo che coprono tutte le principali tecnologie produttive, dalla stampa 3D e dalla lavorazione CNC, fino alla colata, alla forgiatura ed alla stampa per iniezione.
